The 3 best articles of PCU Quebec in 2017

The year ends in a few hours (depending where you are, it may already be over) and it’s time for balance sheets and wishes for 2018.

As far as I’m concerned, the year 2017 went very well and I was happy to see my blog and my social platforms grow more and more! I will be back in 2018 with more articles to share my experience with phenylketonuria and I also hope you will get in touch with me to share yours with me. More the merrier, the merrier! 🙂

I sincerely hope that the year 2018 will bring you a lot of success and especially health. We all have our own experience of managing phenylketonuria. For some it’s simpler, but for others, it’s more difficult. I wish everyone to see more and more this condition as I see it. As a way of life from which one can get the best rather than a challenge at all times. 🙂

Finally, I wanted to share again the 3 most popular articles I wrote in 2017, in case you missed them.

  • Pregnancy and PKU: In May, I was fortunate to receive this beautiful and inspiring text from a woman with PKU who wanted to share the experience of her pregnancy with phenylketonuria. The article arrived just in time for Mother’s Day.
  • Lifting the fog: What question do we ask us most often? When you don’t respect your diet, what does it do to you? In October, I published this very personal article that was shared several times.
  • Is it easy to grow up with phenylketonuria?: I was asked in late November to write about my childhood and the way our family can help us. This is probably my article that has been the most shared so far.

I wish you a very happy new year! Feel free to share your resolutions for 2018 with me!
