The year 2021 has officially started and it’s time to think about what we want to accomplish for our loved ones, but also for ourselves in the coming months. A great way to take care of yourself is to set bold, but achievable personal goals that will allow us to grow and become the best version of ourselves. When it comes to PKUers, a good resolution would be to make sure we stick to our low protein diet as much as possible while maintaining a balanced and healthy diet.
For that reason, our friends at Nutricia Metabolics contacted me to organize a great contest amongst Phenylcetonurie Quebec Facebook and Instagram followers.

Please note that the contest is open to residents of Canada only and will run from February 1st to 14th, 2021. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received on each of the contest publications. One entry per social network (Facebook and Instagram). The winners will be contacted by private messaging (Facebook or Instagram) and will have 48 hours to respond. Should the winner fail to respond within 48 hours, Phenylcetonurie Quebec reserves the right to make a new draw.
