#KetoPKU Recipes | Cauliflower steak, celery root fries and asparagus

The #KetoPKU experience continues in a beautiful way with this ketogenic healthy meal that respects the phenylketonuria low protein diet!

Asparagus
  • Asparagus
  • Avocado oil
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation: This is the simplest part of the meal. Cut and wash the asparagus. Spread them in a bowl or oven-safe pan. Brush with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Put in the oven to grill them at 375 for 15 minutes.

The fries
  • Frozen celery root fries
  • Avocado oil

Preparation: In a large deep pan or cauldron pour oil until it is about 1 cm thick evenly. Add the fries to the oil and bring to a boil over medium heat. Turn the fries over from time to time. Brown to taste.

The cauliflower steak
  • Cauliflower
  • Butter or avocado oil
  • Beef teak spices

Preparation: Cut the cauliflower in the center to obtain a large slice. Melt the butter or pour the oil into a pan. Place the slice of cauliflower in the pan, then turn it over to brush both sides. Sprinkle the spices. Brown over medium-low heat to grill it to taste.
