Asparagus
- Asparagus
- Avocado oil
- Salt and pepper
Preparation: This is the simplest part of the meal. Cut and wash the asparagus. Spread them in a bowl or oven-safe pan. Brush with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Put in the oven to grill them at 375 for 15 minutes.
The fries
- Frozen celery root fries
- Avocado oil
Preparation: In a large deep pan or cauldron pour oil until it is about 1 cm thick evenly. Add the fries to the oil and bring to a boil over medium heat. Turn the fries over from time to time. Brown to taste.
The cauliflower steak
- Cauliflower
- Butter or avocado oil
- Beef teak spices
Preparation: Cut the cauliflower in the center to obtain a large slice. Melt the butter or pour the oil into a pan. Place the slice of cauliflower in the pan, then turn it over to brush both sides. Sprinkle the spices. Brown over medium-low heat to grill it to taste.
